[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Innocean Worldwide announced on the 11th that it won a total of 8 main awards at 'Adfest 2022,' the representative advertising festival in the Asia-Pacific region, including 1 Gold, 4 Silver, and 3 Bronze awards.
The 'MaskID' campaign received a total of 5 awards, including 1 Gold. This campaign was conducted as part of Innocean's representative social contribution program, S.O.S (Social Problem Solver). Amid the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, it introduced a system where, instead of entering a password when connecting to Wi-Fi indoors such as in cafes, users had to verify that they were wearing a mask to gain access, thereby encouraging indoor mask-wearing.
The 'Tomorrow's Car' campaign produced by Innocean Australia won a Silver award in the Film Craft category. The campaign, featuring the Tucson, humorously depicted scenes where robots from outer space were fascinated by the various advanced features and dynamic exterior of the future car, Tucson.
An Innocean official stated, “We are continuously working on creating unprecedented new content by combining technology and ideas,” adding, “We will continue to carry out good campaigns that can contribute to society through differentiated creativity.”
