Civil Complaint Guide 'Enabot' Scheduled to Operate in City Hall Lobby in June

At the meeting, the city confirmed the civil service guidance functions of the civil service guide robot 'Enabot' as well as additional features such as robot dancing.
'Enabot' is a humanoid robot in the shape of a person, standing 130 cm tall, weighing 60 kg, with a body made of iron and reinforced plastic, equipped with a monitor on its chest.
Its main functions include autonomous driving, automatic charging, conversation with civil petitioners, and providing necessary information through the monitor screen.
The scope of information provided is based on artificial intelligence technology and is expected to offer various guidance such as city hall navigation, civil service tasks, and general knowledge.
Additionally, it is equipped with supplementary service functions such as robot dancing, quiz solving, and commemorative photo shooting, providing not only civil service guidance but also diverse and enjoyable attractions, making it a citizen-friendly robot.
A Jinju city official stated, "As the first intelligent civil service guide robot to be established in the province, it will undergo pilot operation and data upgrades until May, and can be met in the first-floor lobby around June."
