Civil Service Counters and Unmanned Issuance Machines Resume on April 15, Government24 on May 13
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Sacheon City, Gyeongsangnam-do, will temporarily suspend the issuance of the Agricultural Register through civil service counters and unmanned civil service issuance machines from the 7th to the 14th.
The city stated that due to the amendment of the Farmland Act, a computer system conversion is required for eight days starting April 7, making it impossible to issue the Agricultural Register at civil service counters and unmanned issuance machines.
The existing Agricultural Register was created per farmer and used a format where multiple farmland plots were listed together in one Agricultural Register.
From April 15, when issuance resumes, the Agricultural Register will be created individually for each farmland plot, but farmland owners do not need to take any separate action for the format change.
Online issuance through the Government24 website will also be suspended from the 7th and will be available again from 9 a.m. on May 13 after completing the linkage work with the administrative civil service computer system.
The city plans to actively inform citizens to prevent inconvenience due to the suspension of Agricultural Register issuance caused by the system improvement.
A city official said, “Due to the temporary suspension of Agricultural Register issuance caused by changes in the Agricultural Register creation and management system, please prepare any Agricultural Register in the existing format by April 6 if needed.”
