The subscription for ‘Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville Decent,’ a landmark large-scale complex in Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, is about to begin.

SM Gyeongnam Enterprise will conduct the subscription for ‘Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville Decent’ over two days starting today. The first priority subscription is on the 5th (Tuesday), and the second priority subscription is on the 6th (Wednesday). Overlapping subscriptions by block are allowed, and the subscription is conducted online through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription homepage.

Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu, where the complex is located, is excluded from the regulated areas, so even multi-homeowners and anyone aged 19 or older (with a subscription savings account) can apply for subscription, and household members also qualify for first priority subscription. Additionally, resale is possible after six months, and the maximum ratio of interim payment loans can be obtained. Since the entire metropolitan area is under regulatory influence, this is expected to be an opportunity for non-homeowners and real demand buyers to secure their own homes.

‘Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville Decent’ is evaluated to have infinite future value based on abundant development prospects. SK Hynix is investing a total of 122 trillion won in the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, which will be established on approximately 4.15 million square meters in Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, including Fab 4 and about 50 semiconductor material, parts, and equipment partner companies. The estimated effects include 30,000 job creations, 513 trillion won in production inducement, and 188 trillion won in added value inducement.

Furthermore, the ‘Yongin International Logistics 4.0 Distribution Complex’ project, consisting of logistics facilities, support, and complex facilities in the Gorim-dong area of Cheoin-gu, is scheduled for completion next year. As population inflow due to job creation and the resulting residential infrastructure are expected to improve significantly, it is anticipated to have a positive impact on the overall local real estate market.
