On the same day, President Moon received a report on the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 'Measures to Protect Unregistered Children,' which focuses on the discovery and reporting support, protection, and birth notification system for unregistered children, during a staff meeting, and made this statement.
President Moon said, "All children born on this land must be registered at birth and receive protection, nurturing, education, and care support from the state without discrimination," adding, "To ensure that no child is excluded, even before the revision of the law, relevant ministries must prepare and implement thorough measures based on current laws."
