[Asia Economy Sejong=Reporter Lee Junhyung] Chae Heebong, CEO of Korea Gas Corporation, reported assets worth approximately 4.3 billion KRW. Chae's assets increased by about 1.12 billion KRW over the past year. Jung Jaehoon, CEO of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, reported assets of 3.19 billion KRW, an increase of 815 million KRW.


According to the "Regular Asset Change Report" disclosed by the Government Ethics Committee on the 31st, as of the end of last year, Chae's assets amounted to 4.312 billion KRW, an increase of 1.122 billion KRW from the previous year (3.19 billion KRW). Chae reported owning buildings (3.6 billion KRW), deposits (570 million KRW), and securities (160 million KRW).


The building owned by Chae is an apartment in Gangnam, Seoul, valued at 3.47 billion KRW. Additionally, Chae owns listed stocks worth 118 million KRW. The listed stocks owned by Chae include 93 shares of Tesla, which increased by 52.2 million KRW over the past year. Chae also newly acquired unlisted stocks worth 33 million KRW.

Jung Jaehoon, CEO of KHNP, reported assets worth 3.187 billion KRW as of the end of last year. Jung's assets increased by approximately 815 million KRW compared to the previous year (2.372 billion KRW).


The price of the apartment Jung owns in Songpa-gu, Seoul, is 1.8 billion KRW, an increase of about 700 million KRW from the previous year (1.1 billion KRW). Jung also reported that his deposits increased by about 110 million KRW, from 1.26 billion KRW to 1.37 billion KRW.
