The company held its regular shareholders' meeting and board meeting on the same day and officially appointed Jo as the new CEO. In his inaugural speech, CEO Jo presented five management policies: safety management, responsible management, changes in work methods, strengthening global competitiveness, and accelerating digital transformation.
He especially emphasized communication as the company's top priority. CEO Jo stated, "We will communicate with the attitude that not only consumers who purchase products but also colleagues working together are customers," and stressed, "All departments must become one team."
CEO Jo was born in 1964, graduated from Yonsei University, and has consistently worked in the elevator sales sector. He is recognized for contributing to the company's growth as the number one in the domestic market.
