Balan Launches Quick Commerce Service 'Balan Express'

Service Starting April 1: Same-Day Arrival and Same-Day Departure

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Luxury commerce platform Ballan announced on the 29th that it will officially launch its quick commerce service, 'Ballan Express,' next month.

Ballan Express is an expanded service of the existing same-day delivery service 'Today Arrival' with 'Today Departure,' which ships on the same day, providing customers with an optimized delivery experience depending on the region and purchased products.

There are about 40,000 Today Arrival products, and customers living in Seoul who purchase these products before 1 PM can receive them by midnight the same day. Today Departure products number about 130,000, and regardless of the region, orders placed by 5 PM at the latest per partner company are delivered to the courier on the same day.

Ballan has established a dedicated section for 'Ballan Express' to improve user experience (UX) so that customers can check only fast delivery products and added search filters. Additionally, a dedicated customer center for Today Arrival operates to allow customers to check delivery status in real time and consult until they receive their orders on the same day.

Furthermore, while continuously increasing exclusive products, Ballan is preparing customer-centered delivery services such as scheduled delivery and premium delivery. By linking Ballan Express with the gifting service, Ballan plans to create an environment where customers can provide a luxury shopping experience not only for themselves but also for their acquaintances.

Along with this, Ballan plans to introduce a luxury-specialized fulfillment service to strengthen logistics competitiveness such as inventory management, delivery, and infrastructure acquisition for small and medium-sized partners, aiming for mutual growth with partners.
