‘Geumgok Station Hanshin The Hue’ is a complex developed by the Geumgok Regional Housing Association and constructed by Hanshin Engineering & Construction, located at 404-20 Geumgok-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 21 above-ground floors, with a total of 406 households sized between 30 and 84㎡, of which 192 units will be available for general sale. The housing types are composed of ▲30㎡ 52 units ▲44㎡ 94 units ▲59㎡ 159 units ▲65㎡ 32 units ▲75㎡ 19 units ▲80㎡ 32 units ▲84㎡ 18 units.
This apartment complex is an ultra-station area located right in front of Geumgok Station on the Gyeongchun Line. Currently, it takes about 17 minutes from Geumgok Station to reach the Seoul area, and once the extension projects of Lines 4 and 8 are completed, transportation conditions are expected to improve further. Additionally, by traveling to Byeollae Station or Pyeongnae-Hopyeong Station, the metropolitan area express railway (GTX) Line B (planned) will also be accessible.
