Asia Economy Acquires 5.54 Million Shares of A Capital

Asia Economy announced on the 22nd that it has decided to acquire 5,540,167 shares of A Capital Co., Ltd. The acquisition amount is 30 billion KRW, and the shareholding ratio after acquisition is 20.41%. The method is the acquisition of new shares through a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase, and the purpose is investment for acquiring shares of A Capital.
