Dabolink Launches Wireless LAN Router 'DVW-624i' with Wi-Fi 6E Support Dabolink 'DVW-624i'

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Dabowlink announced on the 22nd that it has launched the enterprise wireless LAN routers 'DVW-624i' and 'DVW-624o', equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6E technology, as the first in Korea to receive certification from the international Wi-Fi standard and certification organization WFA (Wi-Fi Alliance).

Dabowlink is the first in Korea to develop enterprise wireless LAN solutions and competes with foreign products in the domestic market. Recently, through the school wireless LAN project conducted by the National Information Society Agency, it was recognized for the excellent product performance and stability of its latest Wi-Fi 6 AP (wireless router) products, supplying the largest number of AP products to elementary, middle, and high schools.

The DVW-624i released by Dabowlink this time supports the 6 GHz frequency band recently approved for Wi-Fi use. Compared to its Wi-Fi 6 AP DVW-604i, it provides an additional 4.8 Gbps link speed, doubling data throughput and allowing it to accommodate 1.5 times more devices.

In particular, Dabowlink is attracting attention from companies and public institutions that want to build ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi networks using the interference-free 6 GHz band by providing an integrated solution that can manage both Wi-Fi 6 APs and new Wi-Fi 6E APs through an AP controller.

Last year, Dabowlink supplied Wi-Fi 6E APs for public Wi-Fi services through the government's public Wi-Fi pilot project.

Kim Young-seok, Head of Sales at Dabowlink, stated, "We expect Wi-Fi 6E products to become the main focus in public Wi-Fi projects this year, and we aim to supply excellent products at the center of this."

Meanwhile, Dabowlink plans to officially enter the Japanese market by starting to supply wired and wireless routers to Japanese telecommunications operators through strategic collaboration with Hancom Group. Taking this opportunity to enter the Japanese market, Dabowlink plans to enhance corporate competitiveness through continuous technology development and service quality improvement and to expand into additional overseas markets.
