According to Seoul Metropolitan Government and other local governments, from midnight to 6 PM on the same day, a total of 265,762 people were confirmed positive for COVID-19 across 17 cities and provinces nationwide. This is 100,151 more than the same time the previous day (165,611 people).

As of 6 PM, new confirmed cases were 137,700 (51.8%) in the metropolitan area and 120,862 (48.2%) in non-metropolitan areas. By region, the numbers are as follows: Gyeonggi 80,247, Seoul 44,894, Gyeongnam 18,642, Busan 14,704, Daegu 13,654, Chungnam 13,218, Incheon 12,559, Gyeongbuk 11,327, Jeonnam 10,748, Ulsan 8,231, Gangwon 8,223, Daejeon 6,959, Gwangju 6,298, Jeonbuk 6,151, Chungbuk 6,120, Jeju 2,344, Sejong 1,443, etc.
