It also contains four herbal ingredients?chamomile, lavender, passionflower, and lemon balm?as well as carefully selected ingredients such as gamtae (Ecklonia cava), tart cherry, magnesium, theanine, and GABA. It features lemon, lime, and mint flavors and can be conveniently dissolved in the mouth without water before sleeping.
