MedithinkQ Launches Wearable Microscope 'Metascope' for Domestic Sales

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyungsoo] Medithink, a medical augmented reality (AR) wearable specialist company, announced on the 14th that it will participate in the '38th KIMES 2022' to showcase its innovative medical device 'MetaSCOPE®.'

'KIMES 2022' was the largest domestic medical device and hospital equipment exhibition held at COEX, Seoul, from the 10th to the 13th. Over 1,200 companies from home and abroad participated. Approximately 30,000 medical devices and medical services, including advanced medical devices, hospital equipment, and medical information systems, were exhibited.

MetaSCOPE is a wearable smart glass that combines a high-performance camera with Eyes Up Display technology. The camera can be adjusted at various angles, allowing medical staff to maintain a comfortable posture during surgeries and procedures. It also features optical image stabilization (OIS), lens magnification and fine focus adjustment functions, real-time streaming, and various other capabilities.

A company representative said, "We introduced Medithink's technological capabilities and innovative products to domestic and international medical professionals and medical device experts," adding, "We were able to promote the product by participating in the exhibition along with the official sale of MetaSCOPE."
