According to real estate research firm Realtoday on the 5th, a total of 6,779 households (including officetels, rentals, newlywed hope towns, and private pre-subscriptions, excluding public rental housing) will accept subscription applications at 18 locations nationwide in the second week of March.
More than half of the supply, 57%, consists of private pre-subscription units. This 4th round of private pre-subscription units is evenly distributed across the metropolitan area, major cities, and small to medium-sized local cities. By region, there are 2 locations in the metropolitan area (Uiwang Gocheon, Incheon Geomdan), 1 in a major city (Ulsan Daun 2), and 2 in local areas (Asan Tangjeong, Namcheongju Hyundo).
The number of units supplied is ▲Incheon Geomdan 815 units ▲Uiwang Gocheon 810 units ▲Asan Tangjeong 368 units ▲Ulsan Daun 2 1,293 units ▲Namcheongju Hyundo 591 units, totaling 3,877 units.
As demand focuses on the presidential election, construction companies are also delaying the opening of model houses. There is one model house opening, 14 locations including 'e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Gran Luce' will announce winners, and contracts will proceed at 9 locations.
On the 11th, Shinyoung Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Shinyoung Jiwel Unjeong New Town' located at 701-2 Dongpae-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. This complex will consist of 7 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 100㎡, totaling 606 households. It is a workplace-residential proximity complex near Paju Medical Cluster and Unjeong Technovalley.
On the same day, Ilsin Geonyeong will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Humanville Casa Foret' located at 354 Yangchon-ri, Majang-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 5 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 62 to 84㎡, totaling 338 households. It is conveniently located near Yeongdong Expressway (Deokpyeong IC) and Jungbu Expressway (Seoicheon IC), facilitating easy travel to other regions.
On the 11th, Dongyang Construction Industry plans to open the model house for 'Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 3' located at 1523 Bongsan-ri, Osong-eup, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, and begin full-scale sales. The complex will be built with 15 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 68 to 84㎡, totaling 1,745 households. Together with the previously sold Phase 1 with 2,415 households and Phase 2 with 1,673 households, it will form a large-scale Paragon City with a total of 5,842 households.
