Tmon Launches 'E-Mobility Special Exhibition'
Interpark Hosts '2022 Electric Motorcycle Pre-Order Event'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Recently, as local governments nationwide have started accepting applications for electric vehicle and motorcycle subsidies, e-commerce companies are also organizing special promotions where customers can purchase various models from different brands. The key feature is that the 2022 government and local government subsidy funds, provided on a first-come, first-served basis upon purchase, can be received more quickly and conveniently through non-face-to-face methods.
Tmon is holding an 'E-Mobility Special Exhibition' showcasing electric vehicle and motorcycle brands from six domestic companies in one place, offering pre-orders for 16 representative models. Participating in this E-Mobility Special Exhibition are electric two-wheeler specialists including EdisonEV, a manufacturer of compact electric vehicles, as well as DNA Motors, Inuri, Waco, CNK, and Myungwon I&C, presenting 15 electric motorcycles and one electric car.
Tmon has established a process that allows the entire procedure?from electric vehicle reservation, consultation, subsidy application and confirmation, to final payment and vehicle delivery?to be conducted non-face-to-face, and has sold over 5,000 related products to date. The expected subsidy is up to 9.2 million KRW for electric cars and up to 3.3 million KRW for electric motorcycles. Since the subsidy amount varies by local government, the final amount may differ depending on the region.
Interpark is running the '2022 Electric Motorcycle Pre-order Event' until October. Interpark is conducting this pre-order promotion together with major electric motorcycle brands such as DNA Motors, MBI, Waco, Jiwoo General Trading, Myungwon I&C, Songgwa Mobility Innovation, The Better People, CNK, and Ames. The promotion includes a total of 17 electric motorcycle models, expanding the range of choices.
In particular, Interpark has introduced a one-stop reservation purchase process, making it easy for anyone to buy non-face-to-face. Electric motorcycles purchased through pre-order can be delivered within up to two months after subsidy confirmation, either at a nearby dealership or via freight delivery.
