The police have arrested the murderer and his mother, who was accused of aiding the murder at the scene, and are investigating them.
According to the Bukbu Police Station in Busan on the 3rd, at around 4:40 PM on the 2nd, four people including A (30s) and B (50s), who are mother and son, and C (50s) and D (50s), a married couple, were talking in front of an apartment in Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, when A brought a weapon from home and started swinging it wildly.
C and D died at the scene, and the suspects fled by car from the underground parking lot.
The police, upon receiving the report, issued an emergency mobilization order, checked the CCTV at the scene, and tracked the suspects' movements.
The mother and son suspects fled to Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk, but expressed their intention to surrender and were urgently arrested around 6:30 PM.
The police are investigating the exact motive for the crime with A and plan to apply for an arrest warrant.
