[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 2nd that it was selected as the No. 1 service center for 11 consecutive years in the 'Most Admired Companies in Korea 2022' announced by the Korea Management Association Consulting.
'Most Admired Companies in Korea' is a system that comprehensively evaluates the capabilities and values of companies through a survey of about 12,000 people, including industry workers and securities analysts. This year, 90 industries and 776 companies were surveyed, and the No. 1 in each sector was announced.
Samsung Electronics Service was highly evaluated for providing "high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations" through continuous innovation, ranking first in the service center sector. In particular, it received the highest scores in corporate preference, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Samsung Electronics Service has focused on closely analyzing customer needs and introducing services that are essential to customers. The representative example is the customized home appliance management service 'Samsung Care Plus Home Appliances & TV.' It manages products so that customers can always use their home appliances at optimal performance and condition through a one-stop service including product cleaning, inspection, and repair.
For customer convenience, it operates 178 service centers, the most in the industry, allowing customers to conveniently receive product inspections anywhere. In remote areas where visiting service centers is difficult, it operates a 'visiting service' by dispatching buses equipped with mobile phone inspection equipment as mobile service centers.
It also provides a 'Plus Inspection Service,' where repair engineers visiting for on-site service perform free additional inspections on products other than those requested by customers. It also offers a 'Remote Consultation Service' that quickly resolves customer inconveniences non-face-to-face.
