Bankmall Signs First-Tier Financial Business Agreement with DGB Daegu Bank

Online mortgage loan comparison platform BankMall announced on the 28th that it has signed a mobile loan sales business agreement with DGB Daegu Bank to expand its non-face-to-face services. As a result, users can now check DGB Daegu Bank's non-face-to-face jeonse loan products on the BankMall platform.

Through this business agreement with DGB Daegu Bank, BankMall plans to expand its product lineup. This will allow BankMall users to enjoy a wider range of options when comparing mortgage loans.

The non-face-to-face jeonse loan offered through this agreement is linked with SGI Seoul Guarantee Insurance and can provide up to 500 million KRW. It has the advantage of meeting various customer needs in the untact era by allowing document submission without visiting, using only a smartphone registered under the applicant's name. This product applies a uniform interest rate rather than a differentiated rate based on credit scores, as long as the eligibility criteria are met.

BankMall CEO Jo Kyung-sung stated, “We aim to enhance the convenience for financial consumers and address information asymmetry through specialized services in the fields of mortgage loans and jeonse loans that require expertise. Please look forward to additional business agreements with financial companies planned for the future.”

Currently, the BankMall platform allows users to compare apartment and mortgage loans as well as jeonse loans, and even check products like the Korea Housing Finance Corporation’s Bogeumjari Loan. Additionally, users can easily check their KCB credit scores and access explanations about real estate regulations through YouTube or blogs, enabling consumers who need mortgage loans to review interest rate comparisons and various other information.

Meanwhile, the two companies plan to expand the range of partnership products, including mortgage loans, in the second half of the year based on the demands and needs of financial consumers, starting with the mobile jeonse loan product.
