[Asia Economy Yang Nak-gyu, Military Specialist Reporter] On the 23rd (local time), when overseas voting for the 20th presidential election began, a polling station for Hanbit Unit soldiers was set up in the gymnasium at the South Sudan garrison. Overseas voting is conducted at 219 polling stations in 177 overseas diplomatic missions across 115 countries worldwide. Voting hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the total number of overseas voters is 226,152. However, in the case of the Ukrainian Embassy, election affairs have been suspended due to the war threat with Russia, so overseas voting is not conducted.
