‘Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City’ First Priority Subscription in Progress

Ilsin Geonyeong is conducting first-priority subscription applications for ‘Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City,’ the first general sale apartment in the Pyeongtaek Hwayang district.

The subscription schedule for the complex is as follows: today for first-priority applicants in the designated area, on the 23rd for first-priority applicants from other areas, and the winners will be announced on March 3. The official contract period will be held for five days from March 16 to 20.

This is a nationwide subscription apartment where anyone across the country can apply as a first-priority applicant. Those who have lived in Pyeongtaek for more than six months can apply as first-priority applicants in the designated area, while those who have lived in Pyeongtaek for less than six months or reside in other regions can apply as first-priority applicants from other areas.

Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City will be built in the Hwayang district, consisting of a large-scale apartment complex with 1,468 households ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. All units are composed of small to medium-sized areas preferred by consumers, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters. The number of units by type is ▲59㎡A 435 units ▲59㎡B 344 units ▲74㎡ 342 units ▲84㎡ 347 units.

This complex is expected to attract attention in the subscription market due to its introduction of premium landscaping and community facilities, as well as financial benefits.

In fact, Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City plans large-scale landscaping approximately 3.7 times the size of a soccer field and various themed landscaping spaces suitable for a large complex. A ‘Green Plaza’ will be created in the center of the complex, providing a comfortable resting place on green grass, enhancing the pleasant environment. Additionally, green spaces such as Maple Garden, Forest Ground, Green Pavilion Garden, and Gallery Garden will be developed to offer refreshing and cool spaces.

Moreover, a Humanville Lounge with a terrace will be provided as a resting space for residents, along with themed playgrounds such as Kids Village and Adventure Village.

The community facilities will also be diverse. First, the Humanville h Club will include fitness centers, Golfzon, and a multipurpose indoor gymnasium where various sports activities can be enjoyed regardless of season or weather. An open library club, a space for education and culture in a comfortable atmosphere, and a club lounge, a resting space conveniently used by residents, will also be introduced.

Furthermore, educational programs for young children will be offered, including ‘YBM Kids Cafe,’ which considers the learner’s age and level, and ‘YBM English Classroom,’ an educational program conducted with native speakers.

In addition, the complex offers various financial benefits to reduce the financial burden on consumers. Financial benefits include a fixed first deposit (varying by type) and 60% interest-free benefits on interim payments. As a result, contract holders are expected to minimize initial financial burdens and have no additional financial preparation required before moving in. Since the entire interim payment is provided interest-free, concerns about increased interest rates due to rate hikes are also alleviated, further increasing interest in the subscription.

A sales official stated, “We have enhanced the landscaping and community facilities, which have become essential elements of residential life, to elevate the quality of the complex and maximize the residential comfort of the residents. Through this, residents will be able to experience a comfortable living environment and pride that cannot be found anywhere else in the region.”

Meanwhile, Pyeongtaek Hwayang Humanville First City is located in the very center of the Hwayang district, offering a residential environment where various infrastructures can be accessed on foot. Elementary, middle, and high school sites are planned within walking distance, enabling safe walking commutes. To the west of the complex lies the central commercial district. Additionally, the largest park in the Hwayang district (planned) will be built right in front, and the Pyeongtaek City Hall Anjung Branch Office and a general hospital within the district will also be accessible on foot.

Also, as the first general sale apartment in the Hwayang district, various specialized designs will be introduced, including a 4Bay slab-type floor plan, alpha rooms, pantries, and entrance storage to expand storage space. Variable walls will be applied to allow residents to configure spaces as they wish, and the exclusive 84㎡ type will feature a terrace-type balcony, securing space utilization and residential comfort.

The model house is currently open, and the expected move-in date is August 2025.
