Incon Secures 12.7 Billion KRW Asset Transfer for New Investment Funds

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Incon announced on the 21st that it will transfer the 7th floor building of Mario Tower in Guro-gu, Seoul, worth 12.7 billion KRW, to Evertment Jig Manufacturing to secure new investment funds and improve investment efficiency. This accounts for 11.6% of the total assets.

The transfer reference date and scheduled registration date are March 31, 2022, and a deposit of 1.27 billion KRW has been paid as the contract amount.
