The rental income guarantee system provided by Himchan Construction offers special benefits considering both investors and entrepreneurs: investors can expect double returns as income is guaranteed for three years even after signing lease contracts, and direct entrepreneurs can start businesses reasonably without worrying about loan interest.
The sale price is also expected to be set at a reasonable level compared to surrounding market prices.
