The buyer is HB Investment Partners, and the total transaction amount is 53.5 billion KRW. The number of shares sold is 14,627,750 common shares, which accounts for 25.39% of the issued shares.
The company added, "The 'post-change largest shareholder is expected to be a new technology business investment association formed before the transaction closing date, or a party who assumes the buyer's contractual position from the buyer."
