"How about hotel buffets for graduation and admission season?" InterContinental presents dining benefits InterContinental's Grand Kitchen.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] The Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong announced on the 14th that they will temporarily offer dining benefits for families to spend meaningful time together during the graduation and school admission season in February. Both hotels' buffet restaurants offer a 25% discount when accompanied by a graduate, and the Chinese restaurant Weilu operates a 'Family Choice' menu that allows the whole family to select desired dishes to compose a course meal.

The buffet restaurants Grand Kitchen and Brasserie at both hotels provide a 25% discount to groups of four or more customers accompanied by a graduate until the 6th of next month. This applies to both lunch and dinner, and presentation of a diploma or verification certificate is required.

Grand Kitchen offers seasonal menus using various local ingredients good for restoring energy against the lingering cold, such as steamed snow crab, fresh scallops, bulldogjang, and eel dishes, making it ideal for graduates preparing for a new start to take care of their health. For an additional 50,000 KRW per person, guests can enjoy unlimited access to three wines carefully selected by the head sommelier. The restaurant also features 11 private rooms of various sizes, perfect for enjoying a private family meal.

Additionally, Brasserie introduces family edition menus such as whole pork belly barbecue, roast chicken, and grilled duck for the graduation and admission season. During dinner, lobster passing service is provided at each table, and a variety of meats including sirloin, chuck flap tail, and brisket, as well as lamb ribs, are available alongside seafood such as sea bass, yellowtail, abalone, and shrimp. Lastly, desserts from the InterContinental Seoul COEX strawberry buffet, famous as the 'originator of the strawberry buffet,' can also be enjoyed at the buffet restaurant, ensuring a satisfying experience.

Meanwhile, Weilu, the Chinese restaurant located on the 34th floor of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, has prepared the 'Family Choice' menu, ideal for families to enjoy together. Guests can select up to five dishes from 20 main courses, including premium items such as sea cucumber and Jeongabok, each priced over 100,000 KRW per plate. Along with a glass of French vintage sparkling wine served, guests can enjoy a full course meal tailored to their own taste, including both main dishes and dessert.

When using the graduate accompaniment discount, Grand Kitchen is available from the 70,000 KRW range for weekday lunch, and Brasserie from the 60,000 KRW range.
