Shinsegae Construction announced on the 12th that it has opened the model house for the residential officetel "Believe Myeongji Duclass," located in Myeongji International New City, Gangseo-gu, Busan, and has officially started the sales schedule.
Believe Myeongji Duclass will be developed as a large complex with a total of 1,083 units, ranging from three basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, on lots 3605-1, 2, 5, and 6 in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. All units are characterized by a single exclusive area type of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by buyers.
As the complex is developed as a residential officetel, it is free from various regulations. In particular, anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of their place of residence, and there are no restrictions on home ownership or subscription savings accounts. Additionally, loan regulations, re-winning restrictions, and mandatory residence requirements do not apply.
Furthermore, various financial benefits will be provided, including a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW and a 60% interest-free benefit on the interim payment. As a result, consumers' financial burdens are expected to be significantly reduced.
Applicants can apply for up to four subscriptions per person (per complex), with a subscription deposit of 3 million KRW per application. The subscription period will be held over two days, on the 21st and 22nd, through the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website. Winners will be announced on the 28th, and official contracts will be signed over three days from March 2nd to 4th.
