Xiaomi Smart Compact Beam Projector Officially Released in South Korea

YT Commerce Co., Ltd. announced that it will officially launch the Xiaomi Smart Compact Projector (model: M055MGN) in Korea on February 11.

Xiaomi has signed an official contract with YT Commerce, a specialized projector company, and will release the Smart Compact Projector starting on the 11th. Subsequently, the Smart Projector 2 PRO and Xiaomi Laser Projector will be sequentially introduced to domestic customers.

The Xiaomi Smart Compact Projector being launched this time is a smart projector product targeting Xiaomi's global market. It features Android TV 9.0, providing consumers with a more familiar OS environment, and its lightweight design of 1.3 kg allows it to easily transform any place into a movie theater, making it a portable projector suitable for home and camping use.

Having first met customers through last month's cloud funding campaign (achieving 8997%), Xiaomi stated ahead of the official launch, "We are honored to officially introduce Xiaomi's Smart Compact Projector to domestic customers, and we hope it will become a product that leads trends in the premium portable projector market in Korea."

As a launch event, customers who purchase the product will receive a dedicated pouch worth 40,000 KRW and a portable battery worth 90,000 KRW (30,000mA 65W) that can be used together. The product is available through online open markets and Naver Smart Store. After-sales service can be obtained through YT Commerce, the official service center for Xiaomi beam projectors.
