Kyobo Life Insurance, First in Insurance Industry to Launch MyData 'Pitch'

[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 2nd that it has launched the personal credit information management service (MyData) called 'Pitch'.

Pitch collects and manages customer financial information scattered across various financial companies and provides personalized services to offer advice on finance and health management.

Pitch is the first MyData service launched in the insurance industry. So far, the only companies in the insurance sector that have received official MyData approval are Kyobo Life Insurance and KB Insurance. MyData is a service that gathers customer personal credit information dispersed among banks, card companies, insurance companies, and securities firms, allowing users to manage their financial assets within a single app.

The Pitch service is composed of six categories: financial assistant in your hand, lifetime asset planning, health fund management, customized financial education, Art & Culture, and everyday donations.

Pitch is available through the Kyobo Life Insurance Mobile Branch app. Kyobo Life Insurance explained that AI voice synthesis technology has been applied to Pitch to ensure that financially vulnerable groups such as the elderly and people with disabilities can use it easily and conveniently.
