'K-Startup' Website Revamped as Intelligent Startup Portal

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 2nd that it has newly revamped the 'K-Startup' website to make it easier for entrepreneurs using the startup support portal to find startup-related information.

In this revamped website, the opinions of customers such as entrepreneurs and support organizations were actively reflected during the advanced development stage. On the main screen, users can easily check startup project announcements or space information according to their set startup stage and areas of interest.

Through the 'Navigation Service,' startup project information can be recommended. The 'Personalized Service' settings also provide customized functions such as bookmarking project announcements and checking application history.

Additionally, startup spaces operated by the government, local governments, and public institutions are arranged in a map format. It is easy to view support conditions such as institution information based on the user's location and recruitment announcements for resident companies at a glance.

Moreover, startup support information data is now hosted on cloud servers, addressing previous issues such as slow access or website downtime when there were many users.

Meanwhile, a website renewal event will also be held. Until the 22nd, 2,022 people who newly register, participate in the satisfaction survey, and complete setting their startup stage and areas of interest in My Page will be selected by lottery to receive prizes.

Park Seung-rok, head of the Startup Promotion Division at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, "Through the revamped website, various startup-related services can be used more conveniently," and added, "We will continue to provide abundant startup-related information to foster well-prepared technology entrepreneurs for customer satisfaction."
