Ottogi Launches Two New Sauces: 'Jeyuk Bokkeum Seasoning' and 'Chuncheon-style Iron Plate Dakgalbi Seasoning'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Ottogi announced on the 28th that it has launched 'Spicy Pork Stir-fry Sauce' and 'Chuncheon-style Iron Plate Dakgalbi Sauce' through its seasoning home meal replacement (HMR) brand 'Oneul Bapsang.' These new products are designed to make it easy to prepare dishes that are usually difficult to enjoy at home due to the hassle of ingredient preparation.


The Spicy Pork Stir-fry Sauce uses scallion oil to enhance umami flavor and includes only essential ingredients such as onion and garlic to create a clean yet spicy taste. The Chuncheon-style Iron Plate Dakgalbi Sauce features Ottogi Soon Curry, which eliminates the unique odor of chicken and adds a deep flavor.


An Ottogi representative stated, "With the expansion of the home meal replacement market and the clear trend of preferring home-cooked meals, convenient seasonings that reduce cooking time and effort are gaining popularity. We plan to introduce various products under our specialized HMR brand that incorporates Ottogi's unique know-how."
