VT GMP Acquires 3 Billion KRW Worth of Cube Entertainment Shares

After the acquisition, the number of shares owned will be 4,897,734, with a stake ratio of 35.48%. The company explained, "The acquisition was made to establish a stable governance structure through strengthening management rights." The scheduled acquisition date is February 28.
