It appears that construction companies are hastening sales due to increased uncertainty about how real estate policies and the market will change after the election.
According to real estate research firm Realtoday on the 29th, a total of 45,495 units are expected to be offered for general sale nationwide next month. This represents a 264.63% increase compared to the same period last year (12,477 units). By region, Gyeonggi has the largest number with 17,193 units (23 sites), followed by Incheon with 7,660 units (8 sites), Gyeongnam with 4,315 units (7 sites), and Chungbuk with 3,640 units (3 sites). In Seoul, 1,526 units across 5 complexes are scheduled for sale.
In particular, large complexes with over 1,000 units are set to be launched in Gyeonggi and Incheon. DL Construction will offer 'e-Pyeonhansesang Anseong Gran Luce' in the 5BL (block) area of Dangwang District, Dangwang-dong, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi. This is the first 'e-Pyeonhansesang' brand apartment supplied in Anseong. The complex consists of 10 buildings with 29 floors above ground, featuring units ranging from 67 to 116 square meters, totaling 1,370 units.
Hyundai Construction will launch 'Hillstate Lake Songdo 4th' in 397-2 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. This complex comprises 12 buildings with 36 floors above ground, offering units from 84 to 165 square meters, totaling 1,319 units.
Additionally, Pyeongtaek Huayang Humanville First City (1,468 units) is scheduled for sale, and in Incheon, 'City OCEEL 6th Complex' (1,744 units) is planned for launch.
In Seoul, Hyundai Engineering plans to offer 'Hillstate Sewoon Central' in the Sewoon Redevelopment Promotion District, Jung-gu. It is conveniently located near Euljiro 3-ga Station, a transfer station for subway lines 2 and 3, and Jongno 3-ga Station, a transfer station for lines 1, 3, and 5.
In the provinces, Hoban Construction will launch 'Hoban Summit Grand Central' in Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City. Hoban Summit Grand Central will be a large complex consisting of 11 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,558 units.
Doosan Construction plans to offer 'Doosan We’ve Gwangju Central Park' in Tanbeol-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 6 buildings with 3 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, featuring units of 59㎡ and 84㎡, with 653 out of 693 units available for general sale.
