Samsung SDI Reports Record High Operating Profit of 1.0676 Trillion Won Last Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung SDI announced its annual business performance for 2021 on the 27th, with sales of 13.5532 trillion KRW and operating profit of 1.0676 trillion KRW. Both sales and operating profit are record highs, and it is the first time to surpass 13 trillion KRW in sales and 1 trillion KRW in operating profit.

For the fourth quarter of last year, sales were 3.816 trillion KRW and operating profit was 265.7 billion KRW, increasing by 17.4% and 7.9% respectively compared to the same period last year.
