GS Retail, Lunar New Year Holiday 'Holiday Arrival Service'... "GS Shop Orders, Convenience Store Pickup"

On the 27th, a customer is receiving a GS Shop parcel at the convenience store GS25.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] GS Retail announced on the 27th that it will provide the ‘GS25 Holiday Arrival’ service, allowing customers to receive GS Shop products at GS25 convenience stores during the Lunar New Year holiday period.

If customers order GS25 Holiday Arrival eligible products from GS Shop by 1 PM from the 28th to the 31st, they can pick up their orders the next day at the GS25 convenience store of their choice.

The GS25 Holiday Arrival service covers over 60 products, including not only TV home shopping live broadcast items but also data home shopping products from GS My Shop and GS Shop mobile products. When ordering via the GS Shop mobile application (app) or the internet, customers can select the convenience store pickup service and designate their preferred GS25 location as the delivery destination. Once the ordered product arrives at the convenience store, a notification message is sent.

An event is also being held where all customers using the GS25 Holiday Arrival service will receive a GS25 gift certificate worth 2,500 won.

A GS Retail official stated, “Since the merger of GS Retail and GS Home Shopping last year, we have been developing various services to provide better value to customers,” adding, “The GS25 Holiday Arrival service is a representative synergy case connecting GS Shop and GS25 distribution channels, and we expect it to enhance customer convenience.”
