‘Brighton Hannam’ officetel sold out, first-come-first-served sales begin... Early sell-out expectations rise for multi-family housing as well

The ‘Brighton Hannam’ residential officetel complex being developed in the Hannam-dong area of Yongsan-gu, Seoul, has sold out completely. This has further raised expectations for the early sell-out of the multi-family housing units, which have now entered full-scale first-come, first-served sales.

Shinyoung’s ‘Brighton Hannam’ residential officetel, consisting of 121 units in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, was sold out in a short period. After achieving a high contract rate of over 90% within just one month of sales launch, the remaining units were also fully sold, marking the best performance among recently launched high-end products.

In a market where high-end residential products are flooding, especially in the Gangnam area, the rapid sell-out holds special significance. Analysts attribute this quick sell-out to the high future value of Hannam-dong, the expertise and residential philosophy of first-generation developer Shinyoung, and the well-thought-out product composition.

A Shinyoung sales official stated, “Among high-end residential products, the location with the differentiated privilege of ‘Han River view,’ the future value of Hannam-dong with numerous development prospects, custom house design, amenities, and residential services have all received positive responses from consumers.” He added, “The multi-family housing units located on the top three floors of the complex share excellent location and product value, so they are expected to sell out early as well.”

Brighton Hannam consists of a total of 142 units: 121 officetel units ranging from 51 to 84 square meters in exclusive area, and 21 multi-family housing units ranging from 103 to 117 square meters. The complex spans from basement level 8 to ground level 16. Basement levels 8 to 3 house underground parking, basement levels 2 to 1 contain amenity facilities, the ground floor features a lobby and drop-off zone, and commercial facilities are located on the first and second floors. The officetel units occupy floors 3 to 13, while the multi-family housing units are on floors 14 to 16.

Brighton Hannam is located close to the Han River, allowing residents to enjoy Han River views from their units. It is also a transit-oriented location within a 5-minute walk to Hannam Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and boasts excellent transportation networks including Hannam Bridge, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Namsan No. 1 Tunnel, and Hannam-daero.
