[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] 11st announced on the 27th that it has designated the third Friday of every month as ‘Happy Friday,’ a day each month to step away from work and recharge.
At 11st, employees can plan their work schedules on desired dates except for Happy Friday, taking into account team tasks and personal schedules. Currently, a flexible work system is in place that allows employees to adjust their own work schedule (80 hours) every two weeks.
A 11st representative explained, “We expect that having one day a month to focus on oneself will enable employees to perform their work more autonomously and efficiently.”
Meanwhile, 11st has expanded the number of refresh leave days for employees with three years of service this year and provided additional vacation allowances. It also introduced congratulatory money for the 80th birthday and expanded the family members eligible for health checkup support, further strengthening the family care support program for its members.
