The customer panel system is a program that listens to customers' voices regarding insurance products and services.
The recruitment period is from the 27th to the 11th of next month, and applicants can download the application form from the Nonghyup Life Insurance website and submit it via email.
The number of recruits is planned to be up to a total of 40, including 10 customer panel members and 30 online panel members. This year, the online panel will be expanded from the previous 20 to 30 members to listen to diverse voices from customers of different generations.
The selected customer panel members will carry out activities such as monitoring products and services and proposing ideas from February to October.
Kim Intae, CEO of NH Nonghyup Life Insurance, said, "The customer panel system has played a significant role as a communication channel with customers, reflecting 54 opinions into practical work last year," and added, "We will continue to listen to customers' voices and take the lead in practicing consumer-centered management."
