Blue Potion Games is promoting the onboarding (integration) of its self-developed games onto the WEMIX platform. In particular, it plans to fully launch the P&E business starting with EOS RED, which has shown strong performance in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Wemade announced that it aims to increase the number of games using the WEMIX token as the base currency to 100 within this year.
A company representative explained, "We will leverage the unique strengths and gameplay of EOS RED to provide services that satisfy users worldwide," adding, "We will accelerate the development and publishing of sequels and showcase various P&E games through collaboration with Wemade."
They further added, "We plan to expand our business scope to include NFTs integrated with blockchain technology and increase the target countries."
EOS RED is a martial arts-themed mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) released by Blue Potion Games in 2019. After achieving great success domestically, it ranked second in game revenue on Google and Apple stores in Hong Kong and Macau, and reached number one on Google rankings in Thailand and other Southeast Asian regions.
On the 5th, Blue Potion Games signed an MOU with Japan's Funcrew for the launch of EOS RED in Japan. Funcrew is a game development and publishing company specializing in mobile role-playing games (RPG), having successfully launched "Exos Heroes." Since its release, Exos Heroes has ranked number one on both the Japanese Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
