Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction (Chairman Kim Yongbin), a subsidiary of KOSDAQ-listed Korea Technology, announced on the 26th that it began sales of the high-end officetel "Ermetia Seocho" located in Seocho-dong, Seoul, starting from the 24th.
The "Ermetia Seocho" officetel is located at 1596-9 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and consists of 4 basement floors and 16 above-ground floors.
It is composed of five types: Type A (14.53 pyeong), Type B (16.49 pyeong), Type C (12.44 pyeong), Type D (16.65 pyeong), and Type E (16.34 pyeong), with 15 units each, totaling 75 units planned for occupancy.
The building includes a private lounge, a community space exclusively for residents, and a personal training room where customized PT sessions can be received. Additionally, a rooftop garden offering a city view has been arranged, earning it a reputation as a high-end officetel.
The surrounding infrastructure is excellent. It boasts a triple subway station area with Seocho Station, Gyodae Station, and Nambu Bus Terminal Station all within walking distance. Nearby cultural and convenience facilities include Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Mart, and CGV Gangnam, as well as administrative institutions such as Seocho District Office, providing an optimal living environment.
Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction plans to gradually increase orders and sales in Seoul areas such as Seocho-gu and Seongdong-gu, starting with its entry into Gangnam Seocho-gu, making buildings constructed by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction more accessible in Seoul.
A company official stated, "It is encouraging that Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction has started sales of the Seocho officetel in Seoul just six months after announcing its entry into Seoul," adding, "Our company received the highest grade of 'Very Excellent' in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's safety evaluation, and we will continue to prioritize safety in construction going forward."
