Galaxy S22 Series Unveiled

[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] Samsung Electronics' flagship smartphone Galaxy S22 series will be unveiled at 'Galaxy Unpacked 2022' on the 9th of next month.
On the 26th, Samsung Electronics announced through a video invitation, "The Unpacked event will be held online at midnight Korea time on February 9 (10 a.m. Eastern Time, February 9)." This invitation was sent to global media and partners.
They added, "Breaking the existing rules, we will reveal the Galaxy S series that sets the standard for the next-generation mobile experience."
Earlier, No Tae-moon, President of Samsung Electronics MX Division, raised expectations for the Unpacked (new product launch) event on the 21st by stating, "We will write a new history for Galaxy." On the same day, a 15-second teaser video titled 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked' was also posted on Samsung Electronics' official YouTube account.
The S22 series is expected to feature a triple camera setup including a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x zoom. The image sensor is Samsung’s ‘ISOCELL GN5’. The highest-spec model, ‘Ultra’, which is anticipated to replace the former Galaxy Note series, is also drawing attention. President No Tae-moon stated, "Users will be able to confidently capture bright and clear photos and videos even at night, and fully enjoy powerful battery life, fast performance, and useful features." Following Samsung’s ‘Galaxy for the Planet’ vision, the S22 is also expected to be an eco-friendly product.
