Purchase-rental housing refers to houses that GH purchases, such as multi-family and multi-unit houses, renovates, and then supplies at affordable rental conditions at about 30% of the market price to ensure housing stability for low-income residents of the province.
The contract period is initially 2 years, and residents can live for up to 20 years if renewal conditions are met.
In particular, reflecting regional housing demand, 82 units of Type 1 (exclusive area under 50㎡), suitable for households of two or fewer people, and 196 units of Type 2 (exclusive area between 50 and 85㎡), suitable for households of 3 to 4 people, will be supplied.
Eligibility for moving in includes members of households without housing residing in the relevant city or county as of the announcement date (January 25), who are ▲ recipients of livelihood or medical benefits ▲ single-parent families ▲ households urgently needing housing support ▲ low-income elderly (65 years or older) ▲ persons with disabilities with monthly average income between 70% and 100% or less ▲ persons with monthly average income 50% or less, etc.
