With the winter vacation underway, local academies will conduct special quarantine measures in cooperation with the Gyeongsan Office of Education until the 2nd of next month.

Additionally, to protect and manage international students entering from overseas, the status of dedicated university international student organizations and designated infectious disease response personnel will be checked.

Choi Young-jo, mayor of Gyeongsan City, said, “We will do our best to prevent the spread of Omicron through special quarantine inspections during the Lunar New Year holiday so that citizens can have a safe and healthy holiday.”
