Hwaseong Industrial Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jong-won) announced that the non-priority subscription for ‘Dongdaegu Station Centum Hwaseong Park Dream,’ supplied within the Sinam Redevelopment Promotion District, will be held on Thursday, February 3.

The winners will be announced on Tuesday, February 8, and contracts will be signed on Tuesday, February 15.

Non-priority subscription applications can only be made by logging in through a joint certificate (formerly public certificate) or financial certificate on the Korea Real Estate Board’s ‘Subscription Home’ website. Eligibility for subscription requires applicants to be members of a household without a home residing in Daegu Metropolitan City as of the resident recruitment announcement date (January 26, 2022), be at least 19 years old, and not be within the re-winning restriction period. Applications are possible regardless of whether the applicant has a subscription savings account, and no separate subscription deposit is required.

‘Dongdaegu Station Centum Hwaseong Park Dream,’ which opened on December 17 last year, along with The Central Hwaseong Park Dream, attracted intense interest despite the sluggish sales market due to its location, product, competitive price, and nearby development plans, recording a high competition rate.
