[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Hyun-joo] Yoon Seok-yeol, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, announced on the 25th that the annual medical expense savings will be refunded through the National Health Insurance premiums.

On the same day, Candidate Yoon announced plans to establish a 'National Movement Application' system to prepare a refund plan.

He also plans to apply income deductions on usage fees to revitalize indoor sports facilities that have faced difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he stated that he will support the basic living security of retired athletes and adjust the transfer amount to the National Sports Promotion Fund to expand the budget share for sports projects.

He will dispatch youth sports instructors to kindergartens and daycare centers and expand the placement of school sports instructors in elementary, middle, and high schools. Furthermore, he plans to promote the distribution of instructors, programs, and facilities to expand sports participation opportunities for socially vulnerable groups such as the disabled and the elderly.
