POSCO E&C Opens 'The Sharp Cheongju Greenity' Model House... Subscription Next Month

POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for 'The Sharp Cheongju Greenity,' supplied in Cheongju, Chungbuk, on the 26th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex is an apartment located in 104-6, Gaesin-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, and nine other lots. It consists of 7 buildings with 3 basement floors and up to 38 floors above ground, totaling 1,191 households. The units are ▲63㎡ 128 households ▲84㎡A 417 households ▲84㎡B 141 households ▲99㎡A 298 households ▲99㎡B 94 households ▲140㎡ 107 households ▲160㎡ 3 households ▲170㎡ 3 households.

The Sharp Cheongju Greenity is notable for its proximity to Guryong Park (approximately 280,000㎡), which is about 40 times the size of a soccer field. Located in the Cheongju downtown area, it also boasts excellent residential infrastructure. It is convenient to access all areas of Cheongju via the adjacent 1st Ring Road and Seobu-ro, and has a solid wide-area transportation network including the Jungbu Expressway and Gyeongbu Expressway.

The Sharp’s exclusive resident community brand, 'Sharp Square,' also draws attention. Starting with special supply on the 7th of next month, the first priority subscription for the relevant area will be held on the 8th, followed by the first priority subscription for other areas on the 9th. Special supply for multi-child families, newlyweds, caregivers for elderly parents, and first-time homebuyers is limited to residents of Chungbuk. The first priority subscription for the relevant area targets those who have continuously resided in Cheongju for over one year, while the first priority subscription for other areas targets those who have resided in Cheongju for less than one year and residents of Chungbuk. Winners will be announced on the 16th of next month, and contracts for winners will be conducted over 10 days from March 7 to 16.
