The "Large Corporation Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Savings Deduction" is a system where employees of large corporations and their partner companies jointly accumulate savings for five years, and the accumulated amount is paid to the employees as a lump sum upon maturity. It supports employees to become core talents of the company through long-term employment.
CJ CheilJedang was the first private company to collaborate with the Small and Medium Business Corporation in 2017 to start the win-win savings support project. The partner companies receiving the matured savings this time are five companies: NovaRex Co., Ltd., Wooyang Co., Ltd., Honeybee Co., Ltd., Mijeong Co., Ltd., and Samyang Industry Co., Ltd. A total of seven employees receive an average support amount of 20 million KRW (principal basis). The number of beneficiaries has increased annually, and currently, 92 employees from 23 companies are receiving support.
On the same day, CJ CheilJedang held a ceremony at its headquarters on Dongho-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the first beneficiaries of the "Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Savings Deduction." Taejun Park, Executive in charge of Food Purchasing at CJ CheilJedang, Junggon Ahn, Head of the Job Division at the Small and Medium Business Corporation, and representatives of partner companies attended to celebrate the long-term service of the beneficiaries.
A CJ CheilJedang official said, "We are pleased to contribute to the growth of large and small companies together," adding, "We will continue to activate win-win cooperation programs to ensure employment stability and foster excellent talents in partner companies, practicing sustainable management."
Meanwhile, CJ CheilJedang operates programs such as the "Win-Win Fund" and the "Direct Financial Support System," which provide financial support for the stable management activities of partner companies. It also runs the "Joyful Partnership" project to discover and nurture competitive partner companies to create a healthy food industry ecosystem. Additionally, through "Joyful Partnership," CJ CheilJedang handles nationwide distribution of products from promising local food companies such as kimchi, tofu, sauces, and rice cakes.
