According to the fire authorities on the 24th, a report was received at 5:34 PM that day about a villa in Doksan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, appearing to be on the verge of collapse.

The fire authorities stated that the villa balcony was significantly tilted downward, raising concerns about collapse. The window frames and glass were also damaged. After evacuating about 10 residents from the villa and neighboring villas, the fire authorities are inspecting the building's condition.
