Passenger Count Is Limited
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] The Incheon-Singapore route, for which new ticket sales had been suspended due to COVID-19 prevention measures, has been normalized.
According to the aviation industry on the 24th, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines resumed new ticket sales for Singapore flights starting from the 21st of this month.
Although new ticket sales have resumed, the number of passengers on flights to Singapore is limited. Singapore authorities have reportedly instructed each airline to sell only 50% of the available seats on flights bound for Singapore.
Previously, the Central Disease Control Headquarters and Singapore authorities, in response to the rapid spread of COVID-19, had suspended new ticket sales for the Incheon-Singapore route from the 29th of last month until the 20th of this month.
