Born in 1973, Secretary Lee graduated from Daejeon Yuseong High School and Kyung Hee University with a degree in law, earned a master's degree from Yonsei University Graduate School of Law, and worked as a lawyer at Cheongji Law Office. He also served as an administrative officer at the National Security Office Cyber Information Secretary Office and as an administrative officer at the Anti-Corruption Secretary Office of the Presidential Secretariat.
Born in 1974, the new Secretary Song graduated from Seoul Dongbuk High School and Hanyang University with a degree in law, earned a master's degree in International Relations and Security Studies from Yonsei University Graduate School of Public Administration, and a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Seoul. He is a former aide to a member of the National Assembly and has served as an administrative officer at the Balanced Personnel Secretary Office and the Chunchoogwan Press Office of the Presidential Secretariat.
