Online Event Held in Concert Format
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Securities held an online event attended by all former executives and branch/managers to share last year's major achievements and this year's management strategies.
KB Securities announced on the 24th that it held the 'Management Strategy Empathy Concert Season 2022' on the 21st.
The event was conducted under the slogan "Break the Frame! Make the Best!!" The purpose was to grow into a financial investment company that provides the best investment solutions for customers by breaking away from existing frameworks and adopting new perspectives and attempts in the changing digital environment.
To create a free atmosphere, moving away from the conventional rigid workshop format, the event name was changed to 'KB Securities Management Strategy Empathy Concert' and various programs were organized and conducted.
First, in Part 1, to celebrate and encourage the employees who led last year's growth, various award ceremonies and concert-style presentations such as singing videos by winners of internal events were held. In Part 2, suggestions from customers, competitors, affiliates, and employees were shared via video, and a lecture by a digital innovation company instructor was provided. Part 3 focused on this year's management strategy direction, "Advancement of business models by sector centered on investment solution capabilities and strategic expansion of digital platform business," sharing strategic directions and initiatives by each division. Employees also reaffirmed their determination by using the metaverse (extended virtual world) created by each branch/department.
Kim Seonghyun, Co-CEO of KB Securities, emphasized, "We must prepare more differentiated services and become a true leader, while recognizing the importance of collaboration and synergy for business success and further strengthening cooperation across each area."
